I put a one because you can't put a zero. It's the second time we've come and the first time we paid for table service and if we didn't go and ask for our drinks no one would come. The second time they got the wrong drink

Simply indecent. Arrogant staff. Sitting at the tables for half an hour they served others. Close this business if you don't want to work
